Cicojoint® TPU
Cicojoint®TPU is a two part, cold applied, low modulus; tar modified polyurethane based, elastomeric paving sealant. Cicojoint®TPU is formulated to accommodate continual cyclic thermal movement, and to resist fuel, oil, hydraulic fluids, and remaining stable at constant exposure to high temperature, high humidity, and direct sunlight. Cicojoint®TPU is available in both pouring and gun grade, to suit horizontal and vertical joints
Cicoinject® LV
Cicoinject®LV is a two-part, solvent free low viscosity pure epoxy resin based injection system. It is designed to be highly penetrating the fine cracks that start from 0.15 mm wide till 7 mm wide. Cicoinject®LV could be applied either by special pump for deep vertical cracks, or by gravity for horizontal ground cracks.
Cicoinject®LV is highly resistant to the most known industrial chemicals. Cicoinject®LV has long open time exceeding one hour @ 25 oC, what make it suitable for use in hot and tropical climates.
Cicoinject®LV could also used to fill and seal cracks wider than 7mm if mixed with Cicogrip®Extender to form flowable comparatively thicker slurry. The mixing ratio of the extender will control the consistency of the slurry, but in general, adding such filler will result a slight delay in setting time and a slight change in overall mechanical characteristics.
Cicofloor® EP6120
Cicofloor®EP6120 is a three parts, solvent-free, abrasion and chemical resistant epoxy flooring screed from 6 – 16 mm thick. It is designed, using a specially blended hard selected aggregate, for floor areas which are subjected to receive extreme wear, high impact, chemical attack and abrasion.
Cicofloor®EP6120 could be also used as a filling material for confined spaces when high chemical and impact resistance are required (such as holes, anchor boxes and manholes benching). In such cases, Cicofloor®EP6120 could be applied up to 150 mm in one go.
